Inner West Shiurim offers annual subscriptions for students. The subscription grants the student access to programs, classes, and any associated resources as outlined on our Website or enrollment materials.
4. Fees, Payment, and Billing
Payment Processor: We use Stripe to process payments. By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge your card for annual subscription fees per student.
Annual Billing: Subscription fees are charged once per year per student. The amount and billing date will be displayed during checkout and in any subsequent renewal notifications.
Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. Failure to provide current information (e.g., an expired card) may result in an inability to renew or continue services.
5. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for the subsequent year, and the applicable annual fee will be charged to your chosen payment method.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@innerwestshiurim.com.au. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current subscription term, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While we aim to be fair, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in our sole discretion, except where required by Australian consumer law.
